HAAB'S, an Ypsilanti tradition, was established in 1934 by Oscar and Otto Haab. Their commitment to fresh, quality ingredients served in a simple, straightforward manner, continues today.
Bread, baked from scratch; mayonnaise prepared using fresh eggs; and soup seasoned from our own simmering stock made with dry aged U.S.D.A. Prime Beef, enable us to serve food in a traditional manner. We sincerely hope that you enjoy food prepared on the premises.
